Hey, I’ve got a challenge for you this May!

I know what it’s like to feel caught in your own head, always busy, always caught up in thoughts. That’s why I created this 31-day meditation challenge. It’s for people who’ve always been curious about meditation but haven’t found a way to properly get started yet.

Each day in May, I’ll send you a short, simple meditation. Just 10 minutes to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.

No experience needed. No pressure to “do it right.” Just you, me, and a WhatsApp message that might shift your whole day. By the end of this month, you’ll be able to meditate by yourself with ease!

I’ll be your guide—I'm Djai, a neuropsychologist, meditation teacher, and founder of Ripple Surf Therapy. But more than that, I’m someone who believes in small, real moments of presence. And I’d love to share them with you.
