About this program

This 7-day program is designed to get you back on track. By combining psycho-education, group therapy, surfing, yoga, and mindfulness exercises in the beautiful surroundings of Taghazout, Morocco, this is the perfect setting to work on your mental health.

Everyone is welcome, whether you are male or female, young or old, whether you have been working on your mental health for a while or are feeling off for the first time, experienced surfers and complete beginners. The group size is a maximum of 10 people and the language of instruction is English.

Surftherapy

At Ripple, we believe in the power of a holistic approach. That means we find that just talking is often not enough to make progress. By combining surfing, yoga, and mindfulness with psycho-education and evidence-based treatment techniques in a safe and calming environment, we create the perfect mix to allow your body and mind to relax and work on taking new steps in the right direction.

Location

This program takes place in our beautiful villa in Morocco, close to Agadir, where you are guaranteed to relax. The program takes into account that you also come to unwind. Lie by the pool in the garden, take a walk by the beach and enjoy all the beauty that this place has to offer.

We know better than anyone that the busy life at home can occupy a large part of our mental capacity, which does not benefit our mental well-being. That's why we make sure you are provided with all the comforts. Comfortable bedrooms, plenty of space, our own yoga room, and a beautiful garden with a pool to take a refreshing dip or just close your eyes in the sun. Fun fact: our place has an average of 25 sunny days and 1 day of rain in March. We can almost guarantee you great weather this time of the year!

Food

For us, healthy eating is an important part of our self-care. That’s why our chef only uses the best, locally produced organic ingredients to create the most flavorful and healthy dishes. From tasty tagines to couscous of Fridays, this will be a treat for you tastebuds!

By choosing local and organic products, our chef helps support local farmers while simultaneously reducing the environmental impact of the dishes. In this way, we all contribute.
